The newly-formed business center took advantage of the infinite beauty of March spring, on March 28, 2020 to carry out the first group building activities this year!
This group building activity has four parts:
Bidding Law, Contract Law, Corporate Culture Assessment → Homemade Lunch → Corporate Culture Promotion → Healthy and Happy Run!
At 8:40 a.m., under the organization of Xu Ping, deputy general manager of the company, and Li Qinglin, director of marketing, all the staff of the business center took the examination of bidding law, contract law and enterprise culture values in the manufacturing department. The examination paper was prepared by Mr. Xu, Mr. Li and the company's legal advisor, which not only assessed the mastery of professional knowledge, but also focused on the understanding of the company's vision, mission, values and other corporate culture, as well as the experience of their respective job responsibilities. After the examination, under the leadership of Director Zhang of the Office and Manager Tang of the Purchasing Department, everyone reasonably divided the labor and tacitly cooperated, and began to make their own lunch! They had spoons, washed vegetables, handled ingredients, prepared dishes and chopsticks, and prepared tables, chairs, benches and drinks. ...... The scene was warm, orderly and lively! The Business Center also invited General Manager Chen Guojun to have lunch with them, during which they talked, laughed, spoke freely, learned from each other, influenced each other, tasted the food and gained knowledge!
At 2:30 p.m., Mr. Chen Guojun, the general manager of the company, gave a speech on the company's corporate culture, and all the staff of the business center, office, finance department, manufacturing department and the management leaders of the company's departments participated in the study. Mr. Chen explained our vision, mission and values in detail, and each keyword was elaborated with stories, which were specific and vivid. He emphasized that service and innovation are the core competitiveness of our company, and encouraged everyone to be united, in the spirit of collaboration, win-win, respect, tolerance, innovation, and responsibility, to stand in the position of the customer, and solve problems for the customer! Finally, under the organization of Manager Tang, everyone was ready to go and rushed to the beautiful Four Seasons Flower Sea for a 5km healthy and happy run. Accompanied by the setting sun, everyone was full of vigor, running together to a promising tomorrow! At this point, the day's activities in the four seasons of spring in the sea of flowers fell happy, healthy curtain!
