Annual frontline trainee training

Our company conducted relevant skills training and assessment for ordinary employees from the front line from September 15 to September 25, 2015 at the base of our manufacturing department.


This training activity began in 2010, as part of the annual training program of our company, under the leadership of corporate vision and corporate values, aims to provide targeted training for trainees through the two aspects of corporate culture and professional skills to improve the comprehensive quality of the front-line team, and better serve our customers.


From August 30th, a series of work started from planning the whole training plan, implementing training management personnel, refining the training content and requirements, inviting outside trainers, logistical support and so on. The content of the lectures includes enterprise culture, related management system, operation and maintenance of mechanical equipment, pipeline installation, welding, pickling and anticorrosion, electrical technology, etc. During the period, a large number of on-site practical training was arranged in the base of the manufacturing department, which corrected the errors in time, and finally, the trainees were evaluated and commended.


The entire training activities planning, organization, coordination and orderly, efficient logistical support, lecturers explain exciting and practical, students learning attitude seriously, the training results to meet the expected purpose, on some of the trainees to organize and arrange to send out to professional training institutions for special operations training and assessment.
