In order to let the trainees enter the post as early as possible, Ology confirms the admission of trainees one by one according to their actual situation, and conducts interviews with each trainee
by the Human Resources Department, and propagates Hefei's talent policy and the policy of talent flats, etc. Ology has carried out two induction trainings for the trainees in the second half of May and the first half of July to let them have a deeper understanding of the workplace and Ology, The aim of the training is to let the trainees know more deeply about the workplace, Ology, and the positions they will be engaged in in the future, and to master the business etiquette, financial norms, the use of information technology platforms and tools, and safety and quality, etc., which should be known and understood by them when they enter the workplace, and at the same time, it builds up a bridge for the trainees to have a reunion with the senior management of the company and the persons in charge of the various departments, and also lets the reserve talents realise that Ology pays great attention to the talents. The training gives full play to the advantages of the company's on-the-job talents, answering questions and solving puzzles for the new employees from multiple angles and in an all-round way, and helping the new employees to get familiar with the company's organisational structure, corporate culture and business processes as soon as possible, so as to tie up the ‘first button’ of their career.
Throughout the training process, everyone was fully concentrated, carefully recorded the training points, did a good job of transforming the learning outcomes and actively interacted. After the training activity, the trainee management trainees expressed that they had benefited a lot and were deeply grateful for the learning opportunities provided by the company. They will take the knowledge they have learnt with them to better embark on their positions and provide their strength for the company.
‘The tree which fills the arms grew from the tiniest sprout; the tower of nine storeys rose from a (small) heap of earth; the journey of a thousand li commenced with a single step.’ Ology will designate the teacher for them, make the training plan, continue to promote the various talent training programmes, provide more learning opportunities for the reserve talents, and continuously improve the overall synergistic efficiency of the organisation, innovation, and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise.
