On January 17, 2023, the family of Ology Engineering Center gathered together to hold the "2022 Engineering Center Work Summary Review and Theme Talks and Communication Meeting and 2023 Work Target Plan Meeting". More than 90 people attended the meeting, including Ology's general manager, deputy general manager, heads and supervisors of each department, and employees of the engineering center.

In 2022, under the joint efforts of all family members of Ology, the company has achieved remarkable results. Personnel and Administration Department led all family members to review the big events and honors that happened in Ology in 2022, and in the process of listening, we recalled each moment with deep feelings.

"Safety is the high-pressure line of the enterprise, quality is the lifeline of the enterprise". On behalf of the department, the manager of the engineering center reviewed the overall management and operation of the engineering center in 2022, and emphasized the keywords of management focus in 2023, "system landing + management improvement".

The person in charge of the Engineering Center and the Strategic Operation Department hosted the "Theme Talk on How to Efficiently and Normally Carry Out Project Construction, Standardization of Operation Chain, Efficient Sorting and Establishment, Execution and Supervision of Work". Optimize machine management, green and efficient operation

The person in charge of the Manufacturing Department hosted a panel discussion around the theme of "Standardized Management of Machines and Equipment", in which each project manager spoke enthusiastically and provided insights to help improve and enhance the special business in 2023.



Total Cost Leadership, Efficiency and Cost Reduction

The person in charge of the Finance Department presided over the "Project Dynamic Cost Control Theme Seminar", and the project managers spoke enthusiastically and offered insights. Cost involves each business, all employees, only cost thinking to establish, dynamic control, adhering to the total cost of thinking, can be effective.

The person in charge of the Audit and Budget Committee hosted a panel discussion on the theme of "2023 Project Budget, Final Account, Audit Work" to provide ideas to project managers, from the project management personnel's personal interests and the company's interests, the project managers spoke enthusiastically, raised questions and on-site communication and exchange of answers.
