In July of summer, it is another year of graduation season, and it is also a year of welcoming new students. At nine o'clock in the morning of July 5, all the trainees reported in the conference room on the second floor of the company, and carried out the reporting work such as filling in the job application registration form under the unified arrangement and guidance of the Personnel and Administration Department of the company, which opened the curtain of this special training.
On the morning of July 6, the company's Strategic Operations Department took the company's slogan "Industrial System Artist" as the starting point for new employees to express their views, introducing the company's development history, strategic deployment and other content, so that new employees have a more in-depth understanding of the company's mission, vision and values. Then the finance department of the company was responsible for introducing the process of business trip and expense reimbursement to all the trainees and promoting the "cost consciousness".
In the afternoon of July 6, the company's Safety and Quality Supervision Department conducted safety and quality related training and relevant assessment for all the management trainees through videos and actual cases. Through the company's training, the new employees further understood the company's safety and quality policy and consolidated their safety awareness.
On July 7, the training mainly focused on "corporate culture and talent career development and welfare policy", "workplace behavior etiquette", "efficient work method", "How to communicate efficiently with new employees". The company attaches importance to talent development strategy, has a perfect talent promotion mechanism and welfare treatment mechanism, and strives to find the most suitable career development for each employee, so that new employees feel the company's tolerance and care for each employee. New employees need to improve their professionalism as soon as possible, master workplace skills, communicate bravely and courageously, and complete the role change from student to workplace.
In order to welcome the joining of 2023 management trainees, on the evening of July 7, the general manager, together with the heads of all departments, attended the 2023 management trainees' orientation meeting held by the company. At the meeting, representatives of technical department heads, engineering and manufacturing department heads and business department heads expressed their hopes and opinions on the arrival of the trainees.
