  From January 22nd to January 23rd, the company invited the professor of Beijing Institute of Technology to carry out the course training of "Aesthetic Design" for all the staff, which is mainly aimed at carrying out the popularization training of aesthetic thinking and basic knowledge for all the staff, and improving the understanding and pursuit of aesthetics for all the staffs at all levels. In the training, the teacher told us that decoration is not equal to beauty, art is not equal to industrial beauty, and form is not equal to functional beauty through cases and works of some design masters, so that we can have a basic understanding of aesthetics, and the participants discussed in groups, and each group made active speeches to expound their own "aesthetics works". How to combine with the company's business through the thinking of aesthetics still needs Ology people to integrate, try and innovate.

  January 24th - January 26th, the company entered a three-day internal training, attributed to the department and the company's first internal lecturers from their respective fields to develop courses to share with you, exercise their own, enhance others.
