In order to effectively summarize the first half of 2022 Ology's operational work as well as the business work of various departments and positions, to clarify the problems and shortcomings, improvement measures, and to plan more clearly the second half of 2022 business direction, goals and action plans, Hefei Ology issued the "Notice on the convening of Hefei Ology's half-yearly operational work review meeting in 2022" on July 5 for the whole staff, and formally entered into the stage of whole-staff review and review. On July 21, 2022, Ology issued the Notice on the 2022 Semi-Annual Summarization and Review Meeting on Saturday, July 30th, formally put forward the idea of "Learning and Enhancement, Synergistic and Efficient, Systematic Decision-Making, Innovative and Responsible - Hand in Hand". On July 30th, 2022, the half-year review meeting of the operation work of Hefei Ology Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. was successfully held in the multifunctional hall on the fourth floor of the high-tech office area. This review meeting was carried out in two forms: online and offline. Attending this company-level review meeting were: General Manager of Hefei Ology Intelligent Equipment System Co.




The meeting was planned rigorously, aiming to achieve the purpose of the semi-annual work review meeting based on the departments to build a company-level, cross-departmental communication and mutual learning opportunities. The meeting officially started at 8:30 a.m. and lasted until the end of 18:30 p.m. The one-day review meeting accomplished the following three agendas:


Agenda 1, collective review of the first half of Ology 2022 honors and big events, perception of the company's culture, and share the fruits of unity and struggle of all staff.


Agenda 2, each department head in turn, the department half-year work summary review and sharing report.

Through the review to find the problems and pain points in the work, so as to find targeted measures to solve the problem and establish an action plan for implementation; through the review to find the highlights of the work of the half-year, to be continued, and through the report to achieve the purpose of sharing, cross-sectoral sharing, cross-sectoral learning, and make progress together.


After the Marketing Department and Supply Chain Management Department reported in turn, Mr. Xu, Vice General Manager of Hefei Ology Intelligent Equipment System Co., Ltd. made a half-year review of the business center, case sharing and work instructions. Mr. Xu put forward: improve customer experience, improve professional services, all to customer service as the center, all to customer experience as the pursuit, all to customer satisfaction as the result of the core idea, the outline, straight to the center of gravity, thought-provoking.


Agenda 3, Ology general manager Mr. Chen made a half-year review meeting summary and instructions.




Mr. Chen made precise comments, guidance and requirements on the half-yearly work review report of each department in turn. And focus on summarizing the proposed:

First, lay the foundation in 2022, and make a breakthrough in 2023;

Second, cross-border, integration, innovation; cross-industry innovation, cross-sectoral synergy, cross-professional enhancement;

Third, unswervingly promote intelligent systems and intelligent equipment to realize the enterprise strategy;

At the end of the meeting, all the participants had a group dinner to thank for the hard work in the past six months. The semi-annual review will let everyone clear the work direction and goals, but also need all Ology people to continue to learn, review, self-improvement and innovation, to become a first-class staff, first-class industrial system services and technology experts, in order to create Ology's high-quality projects, and to achieve the enterprise to lead the industry in the development of the strategic direction and goals.
