On August 22, the company's departments, technical team mid-year report summary meeting and total cost leadership strategy seminar was held in the south shore of Chaohu Bicentennial Phoenix Hotel, the meeting was organized and planned by the Department of Personnel and Administration and the Department of Strategy and Operations, and all the staff of the department heads and the Technology Center attended.


The meeting was divided into two half days respectively. In the morning, the General Engineering Office, R&D Department, Technology Center and other departments discussed the mid-year work summary report in groups to form the report. At the same time, the optimization plan of low-cost plan within the department was discussed, and the draft of the plan for comments was output. In the afternoon, a meeting of all core staff was held, accordingly listening to the mid-year work debriefing report of each department head, and focusing on the discussion of each department's low-cost plan program opinion draft.

General Manager Chen Guojun, after listening to the report of each department's duty and low-cost plan, put forward specific requirements for strengthening, and pointed out that: First, work data; all work should be realized with data, ideas, suggestions and goals, and should be gradually quantified in management, and should be reflected by results and data. Second, process standardization; all departments must pay attention to the standardization of workflow and customer satisfaction standardization; to put an end to design excess, waste of company resources and human costs. Third, personnel specialization; the company's business should be carried out to strengthen the cost consciousness, low-cost strategy needs to be supported by the business capacity, to strengthen the business capacity of technical personnel, reduce the cost expenditure caused by the lack of business capacity.
