------- Anhui Electric Engineering School interns came to our company for job shadowing.
On June 18, 2020, Anhui Electrical Engineering School students majoring in electromechanical integration listened to our company's campus special preaching, through the registration, interviews and other parts of the understanding, and finally decided to come to our company to follow the internship. The company is highly important to the introduction of talent and training, personnel administration department to develop a special training program, general manager Mr. Chen, engineering center, personnel administration department, strategic operations department, safety and quality supervision department and other departments responsible for the effective implementation of corporate culture training, safety training, professional skills and other week-long training.
In the induction training class, the teachers of Ology convey not only the development vision of the company and internship precautions, but also share their own life experience with the interns, expecting them to take less detours in every place in the future. At the end of the training, the general manager went to the training site in person to answer questions and build up confidence for the students, and took a group photo. At the time of going to each internship position, the company held a welcome meeting and also a farewell party for them. During the group meal, Mr. Wang, the experienced director of the engineering center, gave a high appraisal to this batch of graduating class and expressed his hope: as long as we are serious and hardworking, we will surely become the backbone of Ology.
This batch of 00s interns, they are the representatives of the new generation group and the brightest group in the VUCA era.
