The project has been officially put into production.

At the beginning of summer, after a series of debugging and monitoring, the annual production capacity of 400,000 kiloliters of beer project of Snow Brewery (Liangshan) Co., Ltd. in Chengliang Industrial Park has been fully constructed and put into operation.

Snow Brewery (Liangshan) Co., Ltd. relocation/new annual output of 400,000 kiloliters of beer project planning to build a one-time, covers an area of 243.538 acres, the project investment of 1 billion yuan. The new plant construction adheres to the development concept of "intelligent, green, efficient and people-oriented", and strives to build a world-class enterprise with global competitiveness. The project includes fermentation tank area, silo foundation, joint workshop, packaging workshop, finished product warehouse and comprehensive building, etc. Designed according to 400,000 kiloliters/year, it is equipped with a set of 100 kiloliters/pot of saccharification production line, three imported production lines for packaging, and imported equipments such as refrigeration, carbon dioxide recycling, and compressor, etc., which can realize the full automation of production and packaging.

When you enter the project site, you will see a brand-new factory with a modern industrial aesthetic that combines style and atmosphere. Towering beer fermentation tanks and sake tanks stand tall, emphasizing the power of industrial production. Together with the simple but exquisite blue curtain wall, these facilities form the unique visual language of the beer production plant, which has become an eye-catching new landscape in the city of Xichang, adding a new landmark to the land.

Ology, as a long-term partner of Xichang, provides overall solution for Xichang intelligent factory with annual capacity of 400,000 tons, mainly responsible for the design and installation of process piping + control system of the whole factory, including saccharification, fermentation, packaging, utility network, intelligent control, energy collection system, intelligent factory, etc., with a large number of domestically produced components designed to save a large amount of construction costs for the customer. It is expected that after normal operation, the annual output value will increase from 300 million yuan to about 1 billion yuan, and the annual tax will increase from 100 million yuan to about 300 million yuan, which will add strong kinetic energy to the economic development of Liangshan and Xichang.
