In the afternoon of 28th June, Mr Han Jianghong, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee and President of Hefei Gongda Vocational and Technical College, visited Nangang Science and Technology Park in Hi-tech Zone to carry out industrial talent exchange activities with the theme of ‘Talent convergence in Nangang, building dreams in Hi-tech’. This activity aims to deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises, promote the exchange and cultivation of industrial talents, and inject new vitality into the regional economic development. Mr Ding Ke, the first secretary of the party working committee and director of the management committee of Nangang Science and Technology Park, warmly received President Han Jianghong and his party and held in-depth discussions and exchanges, and Ology Intelligent Equipment System Co,.Ltd.

At the symposium, Ding Ke firstly introduced the basic overview of Nangang Science and Technology Park, the industrial development situation and the demand for industrial talents. He said that the enterprises in the park are mainly in the manufacturing industry, and the majors opened by Hefei Gongda Vocational and Technical College have a high degree of match, and he hoped that the college can provide more talent support for the enterprises and jointly promote the development of Nangang Science and Technology Park. President Han Jianghong expressed his thanks to Secretary Ding Ke for his warm welcome and introduced the background, characteristics and talent training of Hefei Gongda Vocational and Technical College. He said that industry-teaching integration and school-enterprise co-operation is the direction of reform and development of higher vocational education, and it is also the most potential and vitality training mode of vocational education at present. The college will actively cooperate with enterprises in Nangang Science and Technology Park to jointly explore new modes of talent cultivation and contribute to the development of local economy.

At the symposium, the person in charge of manpower of Hefei Ology Intelligent Equipment System Co., Ltd. introduced the development situation of the enterprise and the demand for talents. He said that with the development of the enterprise and the intensification of market competition, the demand for high-quality and high-skilled talents is becoming more and more urgent, and he hoped to establish closer cooperation with the college and jointly cultivate talents that meet the needs of the enterprise. Enterprises are very willing to provide the necessary support and assistance for the College, such as jointly carrying out students' career planning guidance.

After the symposium, President Han Jianghong and his party went to visit Oulijie Intelligent Equipment System Co., Ltd. and Juque E-commerce Limited Liability Company. Introduced by the person in charge of the enterprises, they learned in detail about the production process, product characteristics and technological innovation of the enterprises, and carried out in-depth exchanges on talent cultivation, school-enterprise cooperation and other aspects.
