Hefei Ology was founded in 2003, we are very young, we are only 18 years old. In March 2021, Ology distributed the book "Red Ride 100,000 Miles" to every employee and included it in the quarterly learning tasks of the enterprise. In order to let all employees understand and feel the back story embodied in the book more deeply, on April 9, 2021, the company welcomed the authors of the book "Red Ride 100,000 Leagues", Zhao Guoqing and Cao Jinfen, two old communists, old professors and old couples. They illustrated, fondly told us, from June 14, 2008, cycling 100,000 miles of red base to bless the centennial of the great Communist Party of China's feat, 13 years of determination, 100,000 miles of "red cycling" equivalent to four 25,000 miles of the Long March, to visit the revered 793 red sites. Riding footprints throughout 34 provinces, many field photo image video, 650,000 words "red ride 100,000 miles" monograph ...... a string of figures, a picture are showing us two old people to the motherland, to the Communist Party, to the red martyrs of the revolution's high admiration. Listening to their stories of tracing the footsteps of the revolutionary martyrs is also moving the Ology people.
"Clocking in the red landmarks and retelling the stories of the old generation of proletarian revolutionary martyrs" gave us a deeper knowledge and understanding of our party and our country! They paid great sacrifices for the rise of the Chinese nation to create a new China. Combined with Ology's own development history and our vision and mission, it is even more necessary for every Ology person to struggle side by side with it! There is a pay to be able to harvest!
In the face of fierce market competition and urgent breakthroughs in various fields of work, we all need faith, ideals, action and dissemination. As Ology people, we must adjust our thinking and methods, based on learning and innovation, continue to carry forward the red spirit, the belief of victory, only in this way, we can be invincible in the flood of the market, can really realize the company's five-year strategic planning, to create a new Ology.
